DocuSign Room Integration
Lofty now integrates with DocuSign Rooms, allowing agents to link their DocuSign account directly to Lofty and keep transactions in sync between both platforms.
For more information, see Docusign Room Integration
Vendor/Partner Management
Your vendors and partners in Lofty are now organized by visibility level, giving you control over who can see each one. You can set a vendor to be visible across your entire company, within your office, or just for yourself, so your list stays relevant and easy to manage regardless of how large your team is.
Highlights:
- Three scope levels: Company (all users), Office/Team (your office and sub-offices), and Personal (only you).
- A new Scope field is available when adding or editing a vendor or partner.
- The scopes available to you are based on your permission profile.
- Existing vendors and partners are automatically migrated to the new scope system at release based on who created them. No action is required.

Add Contacts into Transactions
You can now add multiple Leads, Agents, Vendors/Partners, and Lenders all to a single transaction, giving you a complete picture of everyone involved in a deal from one place. The associated lead is automatically added when you create a transaction, and any other leads you add will have the transaction linked to their profile.
Highlights:
- Add any contact type to a transaction's Contacts panel by clicking the "+" button and searching by name or email.
- Vendor/Partner Contacts can hold multiple roles within the same transaction. Leads can only hold one role.
- Add a new lead directly from the transaction without navigating away.
- Add a vendor or partner from a transaction and choose whether to save them to your system for future use or link them to this transaction only.

Source, Segment, and Tag Optimization
Managing sources, segments, and tags in large databases just got easier. You can now transfer or bulk-delete lead sources, control who can see your saved segments, and filter tags by creation level. For accounts with thousands of records, these updates make your CRM significantly easier to maintain.
Highlights:
- Transfer leads from one source to another in bulk, with a simple popup flow. Requires the Lead Sources permission.
- Sources with associated leads cannot be deleted until leads have been transferred, protecting your data.
- When saving a segment, choose who can access it: just you, your office, or your entire company.
- Filter your segment and tag lists by Personal, Office, or Company level for faster navigation.
- Your five most recently used sources and tags now appear at the top of selection lists, labeled for easy identification.

Sales Agent: Smarter, More Coordinated Lead Outreach
The Sales Agent has been updated to make more informed decisions about how and when it reaches out to your leads. It now has full visibility into each lead's complete history and recent activity before taking any action. This means it can better determine:
- Whether a lead needs follow-up — the Sales Agent won't continue outreach to a lead it has already recently engaged, preventing the experience of receiving back-to-back messages that feel disconnected or repetitive
- Which channel to use — email, text, or call selection is based on the lead's history and behavior, not just a fixed sequence
- What to say — message content is informed by what the lead has actually done recently, making outreach more relevant
Previously, the Sales Agent could send a follow-up without awareness that the lead had just been responded to through another channel. This could make the experience feel disjointed — more like automated blasts than a real, attentive conversation. With this update, the Sales Agent maintains a coherent, context-aware thread of communication with each lead.
Sales Agent: Updates for Ads Clients
If you currently use the Sales Agent with your Lofty ad services, the Sales Agent is moving from an automatic, unlimited model for ad leads to an opt-in, quota-based model that works across all your leads, not just advertising leads. This change gives you more flexibility and a clear quota you can manage.
Highlights:
- Ads clients who have never activated Sales Agent will receive a notification with their Sales Agent quota to claim. Complete the Onboarding to activate.
- Ads clients who already have Sales Agent active will receive an automatic +100 quota increase. No action needed.
- Sales Agent can now follow all leads in your database, not just your ad leads.

Sales Agent: AI Task Notification Optimization
Notification channels for AI-generated tasks are no longer controlled by a single shared setting. Each task type - AI Call Created, AI Appointment Created, and AI Other Task Created - can now be configured independently within Notification Settings. Enable or disable Push, SMS, and Email notifications for each task type separately, allowing more precise control over how you receive alerts.
Highlights:
Notification settings for AI-generated tasks can now be configured independently by task type.
Agents gain more control over how they receive alerts for AI Calls, Appointments, and Other tasks.
