Copy/Paste Smart Plan Actions

You can now copy an action in your Smart Plan and paste it anywhere else in the plan. The pasted action keeps all of the original settings, so you can build longer plans faster without re-entering the same details.

Highlights:

• New Copy button on every Smart Plan action card
• Choose exactly where in the plan the copied action goes
• Pasted actions keep the same settings as the original, ready to tweak and save
• Changed your mind? Cancel pasting at any time from the top of the editor

Sales Agent Notification Improvements

Sales Agent notifications are now more reliable, so you won't miss appointment requests. You'll still get texts as before, and now you'll also see notifications in the Lofty app and Lofty CRM, with email as a backup if a text can't be delivered.

Highlights:

• Email backup if a text notification can't be delivered
• Push notifications on your phone, even when the Lofty app is closed
• Pop-up cards in the Lofty CRM, plus an entry in your notification bell
• Approve appointment requests in one tap, and they clear on every device
• Notifications still respect your working hours

Sales Agent Live Transfer for AI Outbound Calls

You can now take over a Sales Agent call live. When a lead asks to speak with a person during an AI outbound call, Sales Agent connects them straight to you, and keeps the conversation going while it reaches you.

Highlights:

• Leads who ask for a human are connected to you directly during the call
• No silent hold: the AI keeps talking with the lead while it calls you
• Get a quick rundown of the call right before you join
• If you're unavailable, Sales Agent books a time with the lead and follows up with you
