Smart Plan Enrollment Troubleshooting
You can now see exactly why a lead failed to enroll in a Smart Plan. A new Troubleshoot tool in the Smart Plan Enrollments tab lets you search for any lead and view a detailed error log explaining what prevented their enrollment, saving you from guessing or opening a support ticket.
Highlights:
- Access the tool from Smart Plan editor → Enrollments tab → Troubleshoot button
- Search for any lead to see a timestamped error log of enrollment failures
- Expand or collapse the plan's enrollment rules directly in the popup for quick reference
- Errors are sorted newest first for easy review

Auto Email and Auto Text Skip Statistics
Smart Plans now show you when automated emails or texts were skipped for a lead and why. Two new columns in the Enrollments tab track skip counts per enrollment, and the Performance tab now includes aggregate skip totals across all enrollments.
Highlights:
- "Email Skipped" and "Text Skipped" columns now appear in the Smart Plan Enrollments tab
- Hover over any skip count to see the specific reason (e.g., no email address, opted out, DNC list)
- Skip counts are also visible in the Performance tab for plan-wide insight
- Helps you quickly identify leads who need manual outreach due to blocked automated communication

Reassign a Deleted Member's Leads to a Lead Pond
When deleting a team member, you can now reassign their leads to a Lead Pond instead of a specific individual. This gives admins more flexibility to route leads into a shared pool where the team can claim them, rather than forcing an immediate one-to-one assignment.
Highlights:
- The deletion dialog now offers a two-tab selector: assign to a User or a Lead Pond
- A "LEAD POND" label in the field confirms the reassignment type at a glance
- Reassigned leads follow the Lead Pond's existing visibility and access rules
- Available to admins when deleting an active team member

Add Quarterly Recurrence for Tasks
A new Quarterly option is available in the repeating task interval settings. You can now schedule tasks that automatically recur every three months on a specific month and day of your choosing — perfect for quarterly client follow-ups, reviews, and check-ins.
Highlights:
- Select "Quarterly" in the Interval field when setting a task to repeat
- Choose which month of the quarter (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and which day the task repeats on
- Example: "2nd month, 15th day" recurs on February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15
- The next task is created after you complete the current one, consistent with all other repeating tasks

Command Your AI Sales Agent in Lofty
You can now interact with your AI Sales Agent directly inside Lofty. See the complete conversation history, review what the Sales Agent is planning to do next and why, and give it new instructions — all without leaving the CRM.
Highlights:
- All Sales Agent interactions for a lead (including past SMS exchanges) are unified in a single in-Lofty conversation thread
- View the Sales Agent's planned next action and the reasoning behind it before it's taken
- Instruct the Sales Agent to change its approach directly from the lead sidebar (e.g., defer outreach, send listings instead of a check-in)
- Set ongoing preferences for how the Sales Agent handles follow-ups for specific leads

Social Agent Post Character Limit
Social Agent posts now automatically adapt to the character limit of the platform you're posting to. Whether you're working in the Planner or the post editor, content is sized to fit your selected channel — and updates instantly when you switch channels.
Highlights:
- Posts generated in the Planner adapt to the channel limits set in Planner Settings
- In the post editor, content adjusts to match the character limit of the selected channel
- Switching channels in the editor automatically updates the post length to fit
- Works across all supported social channels
