Smarter Appointment Booking Approval for Your AI Sales Agent

Your AI Sales Agent now checks with you before locking in any appointment a lead requests for a specific day or time, so nothing lands on your calendar without your OK.

Highlights:

• Get a one-tap approval request naming the lead, the requested time, and what's being booked
• Appointments are only booked once you approve, at the exact time agreed
• If a lead proposes a new time or a request goes unanswered too long, the Sales Agent handles it automatically instead of booking a stale time

Control Whether Your AI Sales Agent Identifies Itself as AI

You can now choose whether your AI Sales Agent proactively tells leads it's an AI assistant in its texts and emails.

Highlights:

• Turned on (default): the Sales Agent introduces itself as an AI assistant on first contact and signs emails "AI Assistant"
• Turned off: the Sales Agent presents itself as a sales assistant and won't bring up being AI on its own, though it will answer honestly if a lead asks directly
• Find this setting under Sales Agent → Settings

Smart Plan Market Report Action

You can now set up automatic market reports for leads enrolled in a Smart Plan, so buyers and sellers get local market updates without any manual follow-up from you.

Highlights:

• Match the report to the lead's inquired city, inquired zip code, or a specific location you choose
• Set how often the report is sent
• Choose whether a new report replaces one a lead is already receiving

Get a Simpler, Fairer Way to Route Leads to Your Team

Turn on a strict, fixed rotation for Next Up lead routing, so leads are handed to agents in a set order instead of being weighted by an activity score.

Highlights:

• Turn on "Strict sequential order" for any Next Up rule
• Leads rotate through your agent list in the exact order you set
• Agents still claim each lead, and unclaimed leads still roll over automatically to the next agent
• Nothing changes for your existing rules unless you turn this on

You can now postpone multiple tasks or send several leads to Dialer all at once, instead of handling them one at a time.

Highlights:

• Postpone selected tasks by 1, 3, 7, or 30 days
• Choose whether to notify appointment attendees when you postpone
• Send leads tied to selected tasks straight to Dialer, even across multiple tasks at once
• Choose to send all selected leads or only the ones you own
