Sales Agent: Call Appointments Replace Call Tasks

Calls your AI Sales Agent sets up now land directly on your calendar as appointments, instead of as Call tasks. Your AI-booked conversations are now in one place alongside the rest of your schedule.

Highlights:

• AI-booked calls appear as calendar appointments, tagged AI: Accepted Appointment.
• Each appointment's description notes that it is a phone call.
• If a lead only gives a day or says "ASAP", the AI creates an all-day appointment for that day.
• If you approve AI bookings first, that works the same way as before.

Sales Agent: Call Booked Before Property Tours

Your AI Sales Agent now books a conversation with you before any property tour, so you can make sure everything is in place (like the listing side's go-ahead and a buyer agreement) before a showing.

Highlights:

• When a lead asks for a property tour, the AI books a call or meeting with you first, and you arrange the tour.
• Works the same way in text conversations and on AI phone calls.
• You can still ask the AI to book a property tour directly, and it will book it with the listing address.

Social Agent: New Review Topic

You can now turn your five-star client reviews into ready-to-post social content. The new Review topic in Social Agent creates a branded review card and a short caption in your voice for each review on your website.

Highlights:

• Uses the five-star reviews already showing on your website's Reviews page.
• Each post features one review on a branded card with your website logo.
• Client names are shortened to first name and last initial to protect privacy.
• Choose how often it posts (one to seven times per week), where it posts, and whether drafts wait for your approval.

Social Agent: TikTok Channel (Coming Soon!)

You will soon be able to connect TikTok to Social Agent and post photos and videos to it, right away or on a schedule. TikTok is rolling out gradually, so it may not be available on your account yet.

Highlights:

• Connect a personal, creator or business TikTok account from the Brand tab.
• Post up to 10 photos or one video per TikTok post.
• Choose who can view each post and whether to allow comments, Duets and Stitches.
• A banner tells you exactly what's missing before your post is ready to go.
• TikTok posts are created from the editor only and are not part of automatic posting.
