Social Agent/Social Studio Redesign

Social Agent (Social Studio on Growth and Basic plans) has a new look built around four simple tabs, making it easier to see what's posting, what needs your review, and what's working.

Highlights:

• Today: one place to review and approve everything your AI has drafted, including listing posts and videos
• Posts: your full history of everything scheduled and published, with results
• Topics: a clear set of cards showing what your AI is allowed to post about and how
• Brand: your connected accounts, posting preferences, and subscription in one tab
• A new Publishing mode setting lets you choose, per topic, whether posts go out automatically or wait for your approval; your current settings carry over so nothing changes automatically

Smart Plan Custom Field Support

You can now build Smart Plan automation around your own custom fields, not just standard CRM fields.

Highlights:

• Start a Smart Plan the moment a custom field is set or changed to a specific value
• Filter which leads a Smart Plan applies to using a custom field
• Branch a Smart Plan down different paths based on a custom field's value
• Pause a Smart Plan until a custom field updates to match a condition you set

Sales Agent: Apply Smart Plans to Leads

Your AI Sales Agent can now work your existing Smart Plans on its own, keeping cold leads warm without you lifting a finger.

Highlights:

• See which Smart Plan a lead is on and its status, right alongside everything else the AI Sales Agent knows about that lead
• Let the AI Sales Agent apply, pause, resume, or remove one of your existing Smart Plans for a lead (it never creates or edits the plans themselves)
• Coming soon: Get notified the moment a lead replies to an email sent under your name, including one a Smart Plan sent, so nothing sits unanswered in your inbox

AI Call Setting: Voice, Script & Test a Call

You can now choose how your AI Sales Agent sounds on calls, and hear it for yourself before it ever talks to a lead.

(Full voice and script customization is available on Max package accounts and team plans of $150/month or more; other accounts can contact support about access.)

Highlights:

• Pick from 10 voice options, each with a preview, in Sales Agent settings under Edit Profile > Call
• Add your own call script, up to 1,000 characters, to guide what your AI focuses on and how it sounds
• Call yourself with Test a Call to hear your exact voice and script setup before it goes live to a lead
• Voice preview and Test a Call are available on every plan, even if AI Outbound Call isn't part of your package yet
