Smart Plan Issue Management (AOS Only)

When a Smart Plan pauses or stops for a lead, you now have one dedicated place to see it and fix it. This update is only available on Lofty AOS.

Highlights:

• A new Smart Plan overview shows you all paused and terminated enrollments at a glance, plus which Smart Plans are affected most.
• Click through to a full issue list, where you can search by Smart Plan, lead, or date, and see exactly what happened.
• Resume an enrollment or remove the Smart Plan from a lead right from the list, one at a time or in bulk.

Skip a Smart Plan Task

Sometimes a step in a Smart Plan doesn't apply. Now you can skip it and keep the plan moving, instead of getting stuck.

Highlights:

• Skip a task directly from the lead's page or from your task list.
• Add an optional note explaining why. This note is saved to the lead's activity history so the full picture is always there later.

AI Sales Agent Appointment Booking: Approve or Auto-Book

Some agents want final say before anything lands on their calendar. Others trust their AI Sales Agent to just handle it. Now you can choose.

Highlights:

• Ask me first (default): when a lead confirms a time, you'll get a one-tap approval request. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
• Auto-book & notify: your AI Sales Agent books the confirmed time automatically and just lets you know.

Find it under Sales Agent Settings → Profile → Edit Profile → AI Appointment Booking. This only affects lead-confirmed showings, meetings, and callbacks. Everything else about your Sales Agent works the same as before.

Lofty MCP Server

Prefer working out of Claude or another AI app? You can now connect it directly to your Lofty account and ask it for your data in plain language, instead of switching tabs.

Highlights:

• Look up lead information, review transactions, update contact records, and access CRM information, right from the AI tool you already use.
• Available on both Lofty AOS and Lofty Classic.
• Uses your existing Lofty account permissions, so it only ever sees what you're already able to see.

Custom MCP Connector (AOS Only)

Already use other AI-connected tools or services? You can now bring them right into your Cowork conversations.

Highlights:

• Connect any MCP (Model Context Protocol)-compatible service to Cowork from Customize → Connectors.
• Works with the modern Streamable HTTP standard, or SSE if that's what your service uses.
• Your credentials are saved once and sent securely with every request, so there's nothing to re-enter mid-conversation.
