AI Sales Agent Can Now Call Your Leads

Your AI Sales Agent can now pick up the phone, not just send texts and emails.

Highlights:

• AI calls high-intent leads to qualify their area, budget, and timeline, then offers to book time with you.
• AI calls you directly when a lead proposes a time, so appointments only land on your calendar once you confirm.
• Calls use the same number you already use for texting.

Multiple MLS License ID Support

You can now add up to five MLS license IDs to your agent profile, and every one of them will show up wherever your license info appears.

Highlights:

• Add up to 5 license entries, each with its own custom label (like "CA DRE#" or "TX TREC#") and value.
• Manage your licenses from My User Settings > Profile; changes show up everywhere automatically.
• Your website Agent Bio, landing pages, and default email signature all display every license you've added.
• Reorder or remove license entries any time.

Multiple Reminders for Tasks & Appointments

You can now set up to 4 reminders on a single Task or Appointment, across the channels you choose.

Highlights:

• Mix and match reminder channels, like push, SMS, and email, on the same event.
• Set the same channel to remind you at more than one time.
• Never rely on just one reminder again.

All-Day Appointment Reminders

All-day Appointments now have their own reminder settings built for events without a specific start time.

Highlights:

• Choose how many days before the event you want to be reminded, from 0 to 31 days.
• Pick the exact time of day for your reminder, in 30-minute increments.
• Defaults to a same-day reminder at 9:00 AM if you don't customize it.

Save Calendar Events to Lofty & Auto-Match to Leads

You can now save your Google or Outlook calendar events into Lofty, where they're automatically matched to the right Leads and Agents.

Highlights:

• Turn on "Save Events to Lofty & Bind Participants" from your connected calendar settings.
• Events sync automatically between your calendar and Lofty.
• Attendees are matched to your Leads and Agents by email, so meeting history lands on the right record.
• Edits made in Google or Outlook flow into Lofty automatically.
