Sales Agent Skill Creator

You can now create custom Sales Agent skills by describing in plain language what you want the agent to do. AI generates the complete skill for you, and a built-in preview shows exactly how Sales Agent will respond before you save anything.

Highlights:

• Describe your intent in plain language and AI generates the full skill
• Preview every generated skill against a sample lead before saving to confirm the behavior
• No knowledge of skill formatting or prompt writing required
• A manual skill editor is available for users who prefer to write their own

Sales Agent Lead Timeline Reasoning

Every action Sales Agent takes on a lead now shows why it was taken. A new reasoning card on each Sales Agent timeline entry explains what signal was detected, which skill was applied, and what guardrails were checked. A First Move card also appears when the Sales Agent first takes over a lead, summarizing everything it did in its opening moments.

Highlights:

• Click the reasoning icon on any Sales Agent timeline entry to see why the Sales Agent took that action
• The First Move card shows the Sales Agent's complete opening sequence: lead assessment, compliance check, first message sent, follow-up cadence, and agent briefing
• Sales Agent now displays consistently as "[Assistant Name] (Sales Agent)" on all Timeline entries
• Applies to new Timeline activity only; existing entries are not updated retroactively

Smart Plan Reshare Control

You can now control whether a Smart Plan you share can be reshared by the recipient. A new checkbox in the sharing flow lets you lock a plan so it can be used but not distributed further, giving you more control over how your custom plans are used after sharing.

Highlights:

• A reshare permission checkbox is now part of the Smart Plan sharing flow
• Default: resharing is allowed (checkbox is checked)
• Uncheck the box to prevent the recipient from resharing the plan to other accounts
• Recipients can still use and run a restricted plan fully within their own account

Block Calls

You can now block inbound calls from specific phone numbers directly in Lofty, giving you a personal way to stop spam and unwanted calls without leaving the platform. Blocking is personal and only affects your line; your teammates are unaffected.

Highlights:

• Block a number during an active call, from the call result panel, from your call history, or from the inbox chat window
• Manage your blocked numbers anytime from the new Block Call List tab in Settings
• Add numbers to your block list proactively without waiting to receive a call
• Blocked numbers appear grayed out on the associated lead profile so you always know a block is in place

Other New Features and Updates

We've released a few other miscellaneous features and updates. Please see the quick summary below:

• Smart Plan time frame filters updated so that 'N/A' is the same as an empty field
• A banner and notification alert you when a group of leads have been mass reassigned to you
• One-click cleanup removes all empty (zero-lead), unlocked sources from your account
• Move Dotloop documents using the file action menu, bulk selection, or drag-and-drop
