Sales Agent Smarter Daily Brief

Your AI Sales Agent sends a daily morning SMS brief that summarizes yesterday's activity and recommends the single lead most deserving of attention today. Each message includes a link to the full Sales Agent view for additional context. The Daily Brief only sends on days when there is actual activity to report. If the Sales Agent did not work on any of your leads the previous day, you will not receive a brief that morning.

Highlights:

• No empty or low-value morning briefs on quiet days.
• When the brief does arrive, you can trust it contains real activity.
• No setup required. This behavior is automatic for all Sales Agent users.

Command Your AI Sales Agent by Text

You can now text your AI Sales Agent directly to give it instructions, the same way you would text a teammate. Reply to any brief or message your Sales Agent to make changes without ever opening the settings page.

Highlights:

• Reply to any brief with a natural language instruction and the Sales Agent will act on it immediately.
• Turn the daily or weekly brief on or off by text. For example: "stop sending me the daily brief."
• Rename your Sales Agent and update its identity by text. For example: "call yourself Sophie from now on." The name you set is what your leads will see in outreach.
• No menus or settings pages required for any of these changes.

Email Validity and Bounce Optimization

You can now see exactly why an email address was marked as bounced or invalid, and in many cases, you can resolve the issue yourself. Hovering over a bounced email on a lead's detail page now shows the specific reason, giving you the information you need to take the right next step.

Highlights:

• Eight bounce types are now surfaced with clear explanations: Permanent, Suppressed, Invalid Domain, Complained, Temporary, Invalid Address, Account Locked, and Unknown.
• For Suppression List addresses (Permanent, Suppressed, Invalid Domain), you can remove the suppression yourself directly from the tooltip. The email will send automatically approximately 10 minutes after removal.
• Emails flagged as invalid during lead import now display "Email Not Verified" so you can distinguish them from bounced addresses.
• If a lead has marked an email as spam (Complained), you can still choose to send with a "Send Anyway" option, with a clear warning shown beforehand.

Auto Task Edit Optimization

Supported Smart Plan-generated automated tasks can now be edited directly from the Lead Detail page. If a task's timing is adjusted, subsequent Smart Plan steps for that lead automatically shift to maintain the planned sequence. Changes apply only to the selected lead and do not affect the Smart Plan template or other enrolled leads. 

Highlights:

• Edit supported Smart Plan-generated auto tasks directly from the Lead Detail page.
• The editing experience now matches the behavior available within Smart Plans.
