Sales Agent Dedicated Email Address & Updated Unsubscribe Logic
Your Sales Agent now has its own dedicated email address, ensuring the sender name and email address always match when reaching out to leads. Every Sales Agent email also now includes an unsubscribe option, giving leads a clear and compliant way to opt out if they choose.
Highlights:
- The Sales Agent uses a dedicated email address that is separate from your own sending address. If you have a custom email domain, the Sales gentA automatically uses it.
- The sender name and email address always match, eliminating the confusion that can come from a mismatch.
- Every Sales Agent email includes a footer unsubscribe link. Leads who unsubscribe are removed from Sales Agent email only; the Sales Agent can still reach them via text and chat.
- You can edit the Sales Agent email prefix in Settings under the Profile tab. You will see a warning if changing the prefix would break ongoing reply threads.

Exclude Do Not Contact Pipeline Leads from Sales Agent Communications
The Sales Agent now fully respects the Do Not Contact pipeline. When a lead is moved into DNC, the Sales Agent immediately stops all follow-up across email, text, and chat. DNC leads also cannot be re-activated by the Sales Agent by any method, ensuring your Do Not Contact list is always honored.
Highlights:
- The Sales Agent stops all outreach (email, text, chat) the moment a lead is moved to the Do Not Contact pipeline.
- DNC leads cannot be re-activated by the Sales Agent through any method, including auto-enrollment rules and bulk activation.
- Moving a lead out of DNC restores their eligibility for the Sales Agent. You can then manually re-activate them when ready.
- A timeline entry is logged whenever the Sales Agent is stopped due to a DNC pipeline change, so you always have a clear record.

Smart Plan Updates
If you have the new Smart Plan UI, we've added back the option to add due dates to Smart Plan manual tasks, like Email, Text, Call, Other, and Checklist actions. Due dates can be set to trigger immediately, after a defined number of hours or minutes, or after a defined number of days at a specific time.
The limit for date-based Smart Plan triggers has been increased from 10 to 50, and six new United States holiday triggers are available for annual campaigns. Holidays with variable dates, including Easter, Memorial Day, and Thanksgiving, are calculated automatically each year.
Highlights:
- Smart Plans now support due dates for all manual task types in the new experience, and recurring date-based triggers now support up to 50 recurrences.
- Smart Plans also include six new holiday-based date triggers to help automate annual outreach: St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving.
