Team Add-On

The Team Add-On is the newest addition to Lofty’s product suite that enables you to turn your Lofty account into a cohesive, team-driven solution with enhanced marketing and management tools.

Send a Business Card via a Smart Plan

This update adds the ability to send a Virtual Business Card via text in an Auto-Text Smart Plan step.

It's important to note that the business card is not a variable. The Agent's business card that is selected will be the one that is sent as an auto-text in the Smart Plan.

Transaction Checklist Optimizations

We’ve added four optimizations to transaction checklists that have already been implemented!

First, the task status has been changed from a click to a hover, reducing the number of clicks needed to change the task status!

Next, when setting a due date, we now support a four-digit long number, meaning the due date can now be over 1000 days out! While we're on the topic of due date, you can now select a specific date, rather than a transaction related due date.

Finally, if you apply filters to a transaction tasks page, those filters will stay applied, even if you navigate elsewhere around the Lofty platform. When you come back, your filters will still be applied!

Agent Photo Optimization

Note: This feature will be available on December 30, 2024

Say goodbye to blurry photos on your website! With this update, we have optimized the agent headshot photo uploader to ensure that the photo you provide always fits the website block style you select.

We've got you covered for square shape, landscape, and portrait photos! This tool will automatically select the photo that is appropriate for the website block. The Life Gallery Photos is a new place to upload your personal photos of the Agent page on your website.
