Recurring Tasks

Tasks can now be set to repeat automatically on a schedule. The new Set to repeat option lets you define weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence so your follow-up routines stay on track without manual re-entry.

Highlights:

• Choose from weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence
• Set an end condition: never, after a set number of occurrences, or by a specific end date
• The next task generates automatically as soon as the current one is marked complete
• Reminders work the same as on standard tasks and apply to each recurring instance

Social Agent Planner Redesign

You can now manage your entire social media posting schedule through a full calendar view in Lofty's Social Agent Planner. The previous chat-based interface has been replaced with a visual calendar and a new approval workflow, giving you complete visibility and control over every post before it goes live.

Highlights:

• View all your planned, scheduled, and pending posts in one calendar layout
• Approve each post before it is scheduled: no post goes live without your green light
• Receive automated email reminders when posts are ready to review and again the day before a new cycle starts
• Customize your posting strategy by content type through the new Planner Settings panel

Sales Agent Upgrade

The Sales Agent has been upgraded with a new AI engine that reads context, adapts strategy in real time, and coordinates with your own outreach. No setup or action is required: the upgrade is already running on your leads.

Highlights:

• Smarter timing: the Sales Agent evaluates each situation before acting and will wait when your recent activity makes additional outreach feel like pressure
• Real-time coordination: when you are actively engaged with a lead, the Sales Agent steps back; when a lead goes cold, it steps in
• Lead profiles update during conversations, so every message reflects the most current signals from that lead
• Already running on your leads: nothing to configure

SEO Updates

The SEO Setup section has been updated to replace the "Service Areas" field with "Featured Areas," which now actively drives page indexing and internal linking validation. A new Indexing tab in SEO settings gives you direct control over how your site pages are indexed by search engines. Manage MLS listing and sold listing indexing, and define custom no-index rules using URL patterns.
