Zillow Leads & Property Information
A small optimization has been added for Zillow leads that are imported via API using our direct integration. We will now parse the property information sent by Zillow and add a property to the lead record in Lofty under Engagement > Properties:
The additional information that will be added includes the following:
- Address (street, city, state, zip)
- Price
- MLS Number
- Listing Status
- Zillow Property URL
- Bedrooms/Bathrooms
When the address to the property is clicked on the lead record, the user will be redirected to the Zillow listing page.

Postcard Print Packages
The following print packages are now available to purchase directly in the CRM when sending postcards. Purchasing a print package is a more economical option than sending out regular postcards using the self-service option in Lofty. If you would like to continue using the pay-per-use option to send only a small amount of postcards, you can continue to do so.
You will be presented with the option to purchase postcard print packages during the order process of the postcards or on the main Campaigns > Postcards page if you have never used postcards in Lofty before.

Specific Information:
- Credits are used to purchase postcards.
- 1 postcard mailed by USPS Standard Mail requires 1 credit.
- 1 postcard mailed by USPS First Class Mail requires 1.5 credits.
- All unused credits will be removed after the last day of the package period of validity.

Design Center / Postcards: Upload Design
A new option is available in the Design Center or when sending postcards that allow you to upload your design. This adds the uploaded image directly to the design for your use. When uploading an image, the postcard canvas will remain the default size and the image will be added to that canvas size.
To upload the design an Upload Design button is now available in the template screen:
Please note the following:
- Only JPG and PNG file types are currently supported. PSD is not supported in this version.
- The file size must be ≤ 10 MB

Postcard Campaign Details page
Prior to this release, postcard campaign reporting was limited to an overall status for the entire campaign (see Self-Service Postcards: Campaign Reporting). That information will still be available, but now you can click into an individual campaign by clicking on the campaign title under Campaigns > Postcards. You will have to deliver information for every single individual postcard, details on the leads that have engaged with your postcard, etc.

Option to Save Market Snapshot on IDX Website
The Market Snapshot block now has a CTA allowing the site visitors to save their own Market Snapshot. The Market Snapshot block is typically seen on the Market Snapshot page, Market Insights, listing detail pages, and neighborhood pages. The saved Market Snapshot by the lead will then appear on their lead record within the CRM, but please note that cannot be edited–only deleted or reviewed.
