Lead Routing for Custom Agent Role (Web)

Now, in addition to Agent and Lender, the custom roles you add under Settings > Agent > Agent Role can be set to directly assign to the Team Member on the Lead Routing page. All the agent roles will be assigned simultaneously after the leads enter Lead Routing.

Support Intra-Communication In Lead Details Page (Web)

Click on the business card icon next to an assignee and a quick action popup will appear, you can call/text/email your team member from this in the lead details page. Note: all the quick actions will not be recorded on the activities timeline.

You can now @ your team member when adding a note for the lead. Note: you can only @ a team member who has access to the lead.
