Ability to merge leads as duplicates or as family members(Web)
Now you can merge 2 leads if they are duplicates or are a family. If a lead is detected as a duplicate of another lead, you will see a tip on the top of the lead’s profile page, and an option to merge these 2 leads (when you have access to both). You can also merge 2 leads by selecting both of them on the lead list page, and click ‘Merge’ in the menu.
New Transaction Management (Web) *Only available for beta users
Transaction management is a new tab for agents to manage all their transactions in one place. In this version, we will add Transaction Status to help them keep track of their transactions and visualize transaction value.
Listing Management - Team/My Listings(Web) *Only available for beta users
Users in Listing Management Whitelist can view their own or their team listings now. They need to enter their License ID or MLS Agent ID in Settings-Profile to get their own listings (Some MLS don’t give License ID, so we can only match listings by Agent MLS ID). Only admins can view team listings, Members can only view their own listings.
New Lead Routing with upgraded features (Web)
Here are several adjustments made in Lead Routing:
- Directly send blast emails simultaneously to all assignees in one rule
- Divide into three rules: namely, Directly assign to agent(s), Round Robin, and Blast Alert.
- Route leads to the next matched rule, instead go to the Default Rule. In other words, if the lead does not match the plan's criteria or if the lead is not engaged with then the system will revert to the next rule in the lineup
- Set a rule to be a default rule (with the same settings) for the last one listed above
- Copy a rule by simply clicking the “Copy” icon
Smart Plan - hrs/mins delay time for steps (web)
Besides the options of Immediately and Wait xx days, we add hrs/mins delay when selecting a timing for the task to execute.
Export Optimization(Web)
You can export leads with Notes, Family Members Info and Custom Field now. You can also filter out leads to export by Reg Time now.
