Switch Between Old and New People Page UI

You may have been included in the beta released new People Page UI. Learn more about the updated People Page here: Updated People Page UI 

Now, you can easily switch between the new and old People Page UI. We recommend getting used to the new UI, as it has several new features and automations to keep up with your leads.

Simply click the green update button to go to the new UI and click the revert option in the Avatar menu to go back to the old UI.

Note: The new UI does include Segment automations. These automations will still run if you switch to the old UI, but you cannot see or edit the automations unless you are in the new UI.

Segment Reports

The updated People Page UI includes several new options for your Segments. In this release, we are introducing Segment Reports.

Switch to the New People Page UI and select Segments. Click on a Segment and select the Performance tab. Here, you will have access to reports on the website activities of the leads in this segment.

Lead Type Filter Updates

The Lead Type filter has been updated in the following locations to include an Equals To filter:

• People Page
• Lead Routing Rules
• Smart Plan Settings

Here's a quick summary of how these filters work:

Include All

• People Page:
  • The People Page will filter for leads who have all of the selected lead types and will include leads that have other lead types as well.

• Smart Plan:

  • The Smart Plan will only apply to leads who have all of the selected lead types and will apply if the lead has other lead types as well.

• Lead Routing:

  • The Lead Routing rule will only apply to leads who have all of the selected lead types and will apply if the lead has other lead types as well.

Include One Of

• People Page:
  • The People Page will filter for leads who have one of the selected lead types and will include leads that have other lead types as well.
• Smart Plan:
  • The Smart Plan will apply to leads who have one of the selected lead types and will apply if the lead has other lead types as well.
• Lead Routing:
  • The Lead Routing rule will apply to leads who have one of the selected lead types and will apply if the lead has other lead types as well.

Equals To

• People Page:
  • The People Page will filter for leads who have all of the selected lead types and will not include leads that have other lead types as well.
• Smart Plan:
  • The Smart Plan will only apply to leads who have all of the selected lead types and will not apply if the lead has other lead types as well.
• Lead Routing:
  • The Lead Routing rule will only apply to leads who have all of the selected lead types and will not apply if the lead has other lead types as well.
