Smart Plan Export/Import
You can now share Smart Plans between Lofty accounts using a simple shareable code, making it easy to transfer automation workflows without contacting support. A new configuration issue detector also helps you spot and fix broken Smart Plan steps before they affect your follow-up.
Highlights:
- Select plans and generate a unique shareable code that is valid for 7 days
- Any Lofty user can import shared plans by entering the code on the Create Smart Plan screen
- Plans with configuration issues are flagged in the list view and highlighted step-by-step in the builder

Bulk Assign to Sales Agent
Enroll multiple leads with Sales Agent in a single action from the People Page, saving time on high-volume workflows and eliminating manual lead-by-lead assignment.
Highlights:
- Multi-select leads on the People Page and click the Assign to Sales Agent button in the action bar.
- Leads tagged Do Not Contact, AI: DNC, or AI: Wrong Number, as well as leads already enrolled in the Sales Agent, are automatically skipped and not enrolled.
- If the eligible lead count exceeds your remaining quota, the entire action is blocked upfront so you are never left with a partial assignment.

Homeowner Agent: Quota Purchase & Management
A redesigned Homeowner Agent quota page makes it easier to purchase, manage, and adjust your homeowner monitoring capacity, with new Personal and Team Plan options.
Highlights:
- Choose between a Personal Plan (for individual agents) or a Team Plan (shared quota pool across your team).
- Personal Homeowner Agent Plans have a Lender Split option available.
- Quota upgrades take effect immediately; reductions take effect next month so you keep full access through your billing cycle.

Add Specific User Selection in Smart Plan Action
Smart Plan actions let you direct tasks, emails, texts, calls, and more to a specific team member, rather than just a specific role assigned to the lead, giving you more precise control over automated workflows.
Highlights:
- Choose a specific Lofty user as the target for Auto Email, Auto Text, Notification, Assign To, Checklist Subtask, Postcard, Letter, and Zapier actions.
- Select by role (existing behavior) or by named user from a dropdown, depending on your workflow needs.
- If the assigned user is inactive or unavailable when the action runs, the Smart Plan pauses and logs an error so you can review and resolve it.

Multi-Select Pipeline Stages in Segments Filter
Building lead segments just got more flexible. You will be able to select multiple pipeline stages at once when creating or editing a segment, reducing the need to create separate segments for each stage.

- Select multiple pipeline stages in a single segment filter instead of one at a time.
- Simplifies segment management and keeps your contact lists organized with fewer rules.

Add Family Members as Contacts on Transactions
When adding contacts to a transaction, you will be able to include a lead's family members directly from the same search flow, making it easier to keep everyone on the deal in the loop.
Highlights:
- Family members appear automatically under their associated lead when that lead is selected in the Contacts search.
- Each family member is labeled 'via family' and can be added or removed individually.
- Removing the primary lead automatically removes all associated family members.
- You can send emails, texts, and make calls to family members directly from the transaction Checklist and Contacts sections.

Sync Tasks to Third Party Calendar
This setting allows you to sync your Lofty tasks directly to your connected third-party calendar, alongside your existing appointments, so your full schedule is in one place. This setting will not be enabled automatically. Navigate to your integrated calendar settings to sync your tasks.
Highlights:
- A new Sync Tasks toggle in Calendar Integration Management lets you push tasks to Google Calendar, Outlook, and other connected calendars.
- Only open, future tasks are synced, so your calendar stays clean and relevant.
- All-day tasks now display as all-day events in your external calendar instead of defaulting to a time block.
- Overdue all-day tasks are marked overdue after 11:59 PM on their end date.
