Transaction Role Default Person Setting
You can now save time on every transaction by pre-configuring default contacts for specific roles. Once set up, designated contacts are automatically added to every new transaction you create, in the role you specify. Company admins can set defaults for the entire team, and individual agents can also configure their own personal defaults.
Highlights:
- Set default contacts for Vendor/Partner, Agent, and Lender roles at the company or personal level.
- Defaults are applied automatically to every new transaction, eliminating repetitive manual setup.
- Tasks are automatically assigned to the default person in a role (when only one exists), reducing unassigned tasks.

Vendor/Partner Optimization
Managing vendors and partners in your transactions is now easier. You can assign multiple roles to a single vendor or partner in Settings, and when you add them to a transaction, their roles are automatically pre-filled for you.
Highlights:
- Assign multiple roles to a single vendor or partner in one step (for example, Inspector and Contractor).
- Roles are automatically pre-filled when adding a configured vendor or partner to a transaction.
- Pre-filled roles can be modified before saving.

Transaction Lead Portal
A new Transaction Lead Portal lets you share real-time transaction progress with your leads through the Closely app. You choose exactly which stages and documents are visible, and leads can view their transaction status, review and e-sign documents, and upload files directly back to you.
Highlights:
- Activate the Lead Portal from the Transaction detail page and choose which leads can see the transaction.
- Control which transaction stages and individual documents are visible to leads.
- Leads can view progress, e-sign required documents, and upload files from the Closely app.
- Lead-uploaded documents sync automatically to the Transaction Documents module.
- Receive email and push notifications when a lead uploads or deletes a document.

Sales Agent: Digital Employee
Sales Agent has been redesigned as a Digital Employee you can hire. Browse a Marketplace of specialized AI agents, choose one that fits your business, and hire them with a single click. Three pre-built agents are available, or you can build your own.
Highlights:
- Browse three pre-built Digital Employees: Anna (Speed-to-Lead), Lucas (Buyer Specialist), and Lily (Seller Specialist).
- Each agent has a unique profile showing their role, skills, and performance stats.
- Hire your chosen agent in one click with an automated setup that takes about 4 seconds.
- Prefer something custom? Use "Build Your Own" to create a personalized agent with your own name, description, and channel preferences.
- The Sales Agent Digital Employee utilizes your existing Sales Agent quota.

Sales Agent: Smarter AI Conversations
Sales Agent's underlying AI has been significantly upgraded to deliver smarter, more adaptive lead conversations. The AI now evaluates the full context of each lead before deciding when and how to reach out, coordinates with your own outreach to avoid overlap, and changes strategy when a lead stops responding.
Highlights:
- Sales Agent now decides when to wait rather than send, reducing the chance of over-messaging leads.
- The AI tracks your calls and texts and adjusts its outreach to avoid redundant contact.
- Lead preferences, constraints, and intent signals are identified and used to personalize conversations in real time.
- When a lead stops responding, Sales Agent shifts strategy rather than repeating the same messages.

Smart Plan Performance
Smart Plan Performance adds analytics directly to the Smart Plan edit experience so agents and admins can monitor the results of automated follow-up communications. Switch between Email and Text views, review status trends over a selected time range, and use filters such as time range and email subject to narrow results. The edit view now includes two tabs: Builder for the existing workflow canvas and Performance for analytics.

- Open any Smart Plan, select Edit, and click the Performance tab to view analytics
- See how automated emails and text messages are performing, with chart and table views plus filtering options.
