Summary
- Transaction Page Update
- New Marketplace and Integration Center
- Property Alert Optimization (Beta Release)
- Updated Smart Plan Builder (Beta Release)
Transaction Page Update
Updated the Transaction List Page layout to improve visibility and ease of use.
Enhanced filtering behavior to make transaction counts clearer and more interactive.
The Transaction List Page has been updated with layout and interaction improvements designed to make managing transactions more intuitive. The Transaction Type switch is now centered on the page for better visibility, and the Dashboard Number remains prominently displayed at the top of the Kanban view for quick reference.
Filtering behavior has also been refined. When you first open the page, all transaction stages are selected by default, and the “All Transactions” count reflects the total across all stages. If you deselect one or more stages, the “All Transactions” number is greyed out and updates to exclude those stages. You can also click the Dashboard Number to toggle selection on or off, which stays in sync with the stage filters below.
New Marketplace and Integration Center
Separated the Marketplace and Integration Center to clearly distinguish Lofty products from third-party integrations.
The Marketplace and Integration Center are now split into two distinct destinations to improve clarity and navigation. The Marketplace displays only Lofty products and retains the existing layout, excluding third-party offerings. Users with customized Marketplaces will see their pages preserved as much as possible.
Property Alert Optimization (Beta Release)
Note: This feature is being beta tested. You may or may not have access at this time.
Property Alerts now automatically adjust sending frequency based on real lead engagement.
Property Alert emails have been refreshed to highlight key search criteria and improve click-through to listings.
Property Alerts now use Automatic Frequency Control to optimize how often alerts are sent to each lead. Leads who do not open or click alerts over time will automatically receive them less frequently (for example, daily to weekly or monthly), helping prevent inbox fatigue and protect email deliverability. Engaged leads who regularly interact with alerts will automatically receive them more frequently, ensuring timely delivery of relevant listings when interest is highest. Alert frequency also stays in sync with saved search changes to keep recommendations accurate.
In addition, the Property Alert email design has been updated to surface core search details, such as location, price, bedrooms, and bathrooms, directly in the email body. Listing cards now better highlight key property features, and quick links make it easier for leads to jump from the email to the website. Alert frequency is visible on each lead’s profile for added transparency.
Updated Smart Plan Builder (Beta Release)
Note: This feature is being beta tested. You may or may not have access at this time.
Introduced a new flow-based Smart Plan builder that makes creating and managing automation easier and more visual.
Added powerful new condition logic, including advanced timing and branching, to support more complex automation.
The Smart Plan builder has been redesigned from a segmented, multi-step setup into a flow-based canvas. You can now start from scratch or from a template, choose a plan scope up front, and immediately begin building your automation visually. A new expandable settings panel allows you to rename plans, adjust scope, update target lead type, and manage auto-apply and auto-pause settings without leaving the canvas, reducing interruptions during setup.
The new flow introduces major upgrades to conditions and triggers. Timing is now controlled through dedicated condition nodes, such as waiting a period of time, waiting until a specific date, or waiting for an event, rather than being embedded in actions. Multi-path branching supports AND/OR logic with fallback paths, enabling more precise automation. Existing Smart Plans with time or date-based delays will be migrated automatically to the new structure. All existing actions remain available and now run immediately when reached in the flow.
