Smarter & More Reliable Lofty AI Copilot

Your Lofty Copilot has been upgraded! Copilot now adds new insights to lead summaries, including website activity, messages you haven't replied to, upcoming birthdays, and holidays.

AI Sales Assistant Updates

We are upgrading the AI Sales Assistant's language model. This means that the assistant's conversations will be more natural and it can support up to 50 languages! We have been migrating all Lofty Sales Assistants to the model, so you may have seen this update already. 

From those who have already gotten access to this upgraded assistant, the average text message per lead has increased by 127.27% and average captured leads has increased by 107.69%!

New AI Marketer Automatic Post Feeds

When the AI Marketer launched, we supported two (2) automatic social media posts: My/Team Properties and Holidays. With this update, we support four (4) new automatic post types: Market Insights, Buyer & Seller Guides, Investment Insights, and Home Staging & Design.

Transaction Document Templates

We know that real estate transactions often use the same documents. This feature lets you add those documents into Lofty and use them over and over on your transactions. While everyone can use the document templates, you have to have permission to create or edit a template.

Once a transaction document template has been created, you can upload as many documents from the template to your transaction with just one click.

Email Template Optimizations

We have a few updates to optimize your email notifications. When editing an automated email, you now have the option to edit using the drag and drop email editor. Now, automated emails like the Welcome Email can be more customized and dynamic!

This update also adds a checkbox to save a newly written email as a template. Have you ever written the greatest email of your life and wished it could be a template to send to everyone you know? Now you can without recreating the content!

Mobile App Task Management Update

We know you're always on the go and living off your phone. This update creates a new task widget in the Lofty mobile app, so you always know what you need to get done! Tasks are organized by their due date and more closely mirror the experience in the Lofty web app.
