- Select Property Alerts from the menu.
- If you do not see Property Alerts, check the lead type—some leads may be categorized as sellers or another type that does not support property alerts.

Leverage Smart Plans for Automation
- Smart Plans can automate property alert assignments based on specific triggers.
- If you have uploaded contacts with a specific hashtag, you can create a Smart Plan that automatically assigns a pre-built property alert when the hashtag is applied.
- For existing leads in the People section, perform a search by hashtag and apply the Smart Plan in bulk.
