- Go to the Listings Tab in Lofty CRM:
- Log into your Lofty CRM account and navigate to the Listings tab.
- Find and select the listing that has had a price reduction.
- View Matched Buyers:
- Inside the “My Listings” section, click on Matched Buyers. This will display all the contacts who have shown interest in the property by saving or watching it.
- Select Buyers to Notify:
- Choose the buyers who are most likely to be interested in the new, lower price.
- Send a Personalized Message:

Send a message to your selected buyers using the following template:
"Hi [#lead_first_name#], I wanted to let you know that the price of this home has just been reduced! If you’re still interested, let me know when you’d like to schedule a showing. [Link to the listing]"

- Find and filter the list of realtors who have previously shown or inquired about the property.
- You can do this by reviewing the Activity History in your listing details to identify these agents.
- Craft your message

Send an email or text message to the realtors, such as:
"Hi [Agent’s Name], I wanted to let you know that the price of [property address] has just been reduced. This might be of interest to your clients. Let me know if you’d like to schedule another showing!"

- Under Design Center, you’ll find several template options, including a “Price Reduced” template.

- Customize the template with the updated price, property details, and a compelling call to action.
- Ensure you include the new price and highlight the reduced amount.
- Once you're satisfied with the design, select your mailing list and send out the postcards to targeted recipients.

Running digital ads on platforms like Facebook or Instagram can be an effective way to get the word out to a broader audience.
- Create a Facebook Ad Campaign:
