Toggle Between Lofty Accounts
You can now link Lofty accounts together to easily switch between accounts, without needing to log out and log in each time.
To get started, navigate to the Avatar menu and click Add Account. This will open a new log in page. Once you log in to the other account, it will be available under the Switch Account option.
Click Switch Account to switch between the accounts you have linked. Click the X next to an account to unlink.
This functionality is also available in the mobile app by navigating to the app settings and selecting Add Account. Click the Add Account button to link another account. Click on the username to switch to that account. Click Manage to access the trash can icon to unlink accounts.
Important Note: When accounts are linked, they are linked both ways. This means that if you can switch to their account, they can also switch to your account!
Social Studio: Filter Office Listings in Auto-Posts
If you have Social Studio Growth or Social Studio Elite, navigate to Marketing → Social Studio → Settings → Auto-Post Settings → Auto-Post Listing Rules. Here, you can decide which listings are automatically posted to your linked social media feeds. Office listings will pull from the office listings on the Listing Discovery page.
This isn’t new, but here’s the update:
You may only want to post some agents’ listings from your office, not all the agents’ listings. This update adds a filter to allow you to select which agents from your office will have their listings auto-post to your social media channels.
This filter functions the same as in the CMS listing filters, which determines which listings appear on your website. Learn more about the features available with a Social Studio add-on here: Introduction to Social Studio Pro
Training Calendar Update
We've added entrances to our live training calendar throughout the platform so you can find trainings on the topics you want to learn how to use! Entrances can be found on the Smart Plan page and in the Lead Routing Rules settings.
Clicking the banner or button at the top of the screen will redirect you to the live training calendar. We offer training for both admins and agents in many different categories.
We've also added a view to the Lofty calendar, so you can fit daily trainings into your work schedule.

Lofty Mobile App: Listing Search Enhancement
This update enriches the listing search experience by bringing it your mobile device! On the Lofty app listing page, filter for your search criteria, save the search, and see new matched listings each time you come back to that saved search.
Searches can be saved on map view as well, by selecting a location or drawing a custom map. Learn more about the Lofty mobile app here: Lofty Real Estate App
Transaction Checklist Library
We've created a library for transaction checklists, similar to the Smart Plan library. Navigate to Settings > Checklist Templates to access the Library. The checklist library is available to you, whether you are in the Company, Office, or Personal settings page. However, any checklists that you import will automatically correspond to the respective setting scope.
Click the Import icon to add a checklist from the library to your available transaction checklists. Once imported, you can further edit the checklist to fully customize it to your process!
