Buyer Agency Compensation
The buyer's agent fee is the commission fee that the real estate brokerage that represents the buyer is paid as compensation for completing the transaction. Historically, the buyer's agent fee was paid by the seller, however this is changing due to the NAR settlement.
The Buyer's Agent Compensation field can only be added to My Listings or Team Listings. To add to one of your listings, navigate to the Smart Listing page and select Add Buyer Compensation from the Actions menu. To add to one of your Team Listings, navigate to the Listing Discovery page and add via the ... menu.
Note: Some MLSs do not allow you to add this information to a listing. Please be aware of your MLS requirements.

Lead Pond Claim Log
The Lead Pond Claim Log adds a log, similar to the lead routing log, that lists leads that were claimed from the lead pond by the agents that have access to the pond, along with the date and time that the lead was claimed. The log will include the leads claimed from the pond in the last 30 days.
Note: The log will only include leads that were claimed from the pond since the lead pond claim log was released. So, leads that were claimed from the pond before June 24, 2024 will not be included on the log.

Smart Plan Communication Trigger - Available on July 2
The Smart Plan communication trigger will start a Smart Plan when a call, text, or email is sent or received.
Once the trigger is selected, the advanced conditions allow you to specific exactly which forms of communication will trigger the smart plan. Only one (1) communication trigger can be added to the smart plan.
