Introducing an innovative solution to elevate your marketing game! With Design Services, you can unlock the power of professional postcard, letter, and flyer designs without committing to a full mailer package.
Simply navigate to Marketing -> Design Center and click Need a Better Design? select the design format and let us know what your needs are. Lofty's design team will create the designs along with two (2) rounds of revisions. Once you are satisfied, the designs will be added to your Design Center library and sent to you as a pdf file. Don't miss this opportunity to level up your promotional efforts with ease and efficiency!

Automatically Re-apply a Smart Plan
We've rolled out a significant improvement to Smart Plans: the option to automatically re-apply a Smart Plan to a lead, without manually deleting the Smart Plan from the lead's profile first.
This setting has been added to the Trigger settings for all Smart Plans. As long as the lead meets the Smart Plan's conditions, the Smart Plan will automatically re-apply to that lead. Say goodbye to the manual effort of deleting and re-adding the Smart Plan individually!
Note: The Auto Apply setting must be enabled in order to enable the Auto Re-apply setting.

Export Transactions
Lofty now allows transactions to be exported to a csv file!
In order to export transactions, you will need to have the new permission Export Transactions enabled. When enabled, you can easily extract the transactional information you need for analysis and reporting.
Note: Please reach out to your account admin if you need access to export transactions.

New Beta Released AI Features
The following 3 features are available in a beta release and will be available on some Lofty accounts. If you do not have these features and would like to try them out, please complete this request form.
Requesting access to beta features does not guarantee access to these features. All beta released features are in the testing phase and may contain bugs or errors.
Voice Bot Inbound Call Handler
Say goodbye to missed opportunities and hello to seamless communication! The Voice Bot Inbound Call Handler will answer incoming calls from unknown numbers and leads that you have not communicated with yet. It's like having a dedicated team member who works tirelessly to ensure that no lead goes untouched.
The Voice Bot Inbound Call Handler will be available on May 15.
Service Bot
The Lofty Service Bot has been improved to seek answers to your questions, solutions to your issues, and now includes an option to live transfer your chat session to a Lofty support representative. Whether you are seeking information or troubleshooting, the Service Bot is here to provide efficient support every step of the way.
Mobile App Voice Command
The Lofty mobile app voice-activated AI assistant is a game changer in client communication. With this update, effortlessly summon the AI Writer to compose emails and texts using just your voice. Plus, find leads quickly by speaking to the Lofty mobile app Voice Command. Make typing a thing of the past!
Mobile App Voice Command will be available on May 17.
