Group Texting

A group text is a text message that is sent to multiple recipients, and all the recipients can see and reply to each other. 

Group texting will allow you to send a text message to both a lead as well as another agent, another lead, or the lead's family member. Up to 9 numbers can be added to a group text, for a total of 10 numbers, including the original sender. 

IMPORTANT!

Group texting access will be rolled out gradually. If you want to get access quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Complete your A2P 10DLC registration. 
2. Lofty will need to port your virtual phone number to Twilio. This is a manual process that could take a few weeks. We cannot port your number until your 10DLC campaign is verified.
   1. Note: If you do not send text messages to United States based phone numbers, you do not need to register for 10DLC. If this is the case, please send a request to support@lofty.com to have your virtual phone number ported to Twilio.

Expanded Lead Type Options

Lofty now supports selecting multiple lead types for a single lead and we have introduced new lead type options. Check each box by the lead type that you want to apply to the lead.

Lead Pond Add-On

Enterprise Lofty accounts can add up to 5,000 lead ponds. Now, Lofty team accounts can purchase additional lead ponds, beyond the one (1) pond that is included with their package.

There are three (3) Lead Pond packages available:

1. One (1) additional lead pond for $50/month
2. Five (5) additional lead ponds for $125/month
3. Unlimited (5,000) additional lead ponds for $225/month

Social Studio in the Lofty mobile app

Basic Social Studio functionality is now available in the Lofty mobile app! The mobile app supports the following functionality:

1. Connecting your social media accounts
2. Creating, posting, and scheduling posts
3. Tracking engagement

Realtor.com Market VIP Integration

Lofty now integrates with Realtor.com Market VIP leads via API! Please contact your Realtor.com Account Manager for help setting up your integration.
