Introduction
Email Templates are reusable email designs you send from — listing announcements, newsletters, follow-ups — so you're not rebuilding an email each time. They live on the Email page's Templates tab.
Opening Your Templates
- In the left menu, go to Marketing → Email.
- Click the Templates tab.
Browsing and Organizing
- Switch between My Templates, Shared With Me, and All Folders on the left.
- Folders include Unsorted Template plus any your team created; click Add Folder to make a new one.
- Each template shows a live preview built from its content blocks (for example, a listing card with price, address, and bed/bath/sqft).
Creating a Template
Click Create Template in the top-right corner to start a new email template.
Note: Templates you build here are available when you compose email campaigns from the Email page.
