Introduction
The Dial Pad lets you place a one-off call to any number without building a call list — useful for a quick callback. You choose which of your numbers to call from, then dial.
Opening the Dial Pad
- In the left menu, click Dialer.
- Click Dial Pad.
- In the drawer, select the Caller ID you want to call from, then enter or tap the number on the keypad.
Warning: Pressing the green call button places a real phone call. Confirm the number and the Caller ID before you dial.
Note: The Caller ID selector lists the numbers available on your account; set your default under Manage Dialer Settings (see Setting Your Dialer Availability).
