Introduction
A call script is a pre-written talk track you follow during phone calls so your messaging stays consistent and on-point — useful for prospecting calls, follow-ups, and objection handling. You create scripts once in your Call & Text settings and pull them up while you're on a call.
Opening Call Scripts
- Click the Settings gear in the left menu.
- Under Communication, click Call & Text.
- Open the Call Scripts tab.
Reading the List
Each script is listed with:
- Name — how you'll recognize the script.
- Content — the script text.
- Actions — an edit icon and a delete icon for each script.
Creating a Script
- Click Add in the top-right corner.
- Give the script a Name and enter its Content.
- Save.
Tip: Keep separate scripts for your common call types — a buyer intro, a seller follow-up, an expired-listing outreach — so the right talk track is one click away during the call.
