Introduction
A Standard Call List lets you batch a set of leads for a focused calling session. You build it from a segment or a saved filter, name it, and it appears alongside your other call lists in the Dialer.
Creating a Call List
- In the left menu, click Dialer.
- On the Call List tab, click + Add a New Call List.
- In the drawer, enter a List Name.
- Under the first step, choose the leads to include — pick from your Segments or Saved Filters.
- Click Save & Next to continue building the list.
Note: The Save & Next button shows how many leads are selected (for example, “Save & Next (0 Selected)”), so you can confirm the list isn't empty before continuing.
Tip: Building the list from a segment keeps it current — as leads enter or leave the segment, your calling list reflects it.
