Introduction
This feature allows you to set the schedule that Lofty users are available to accept phone calls.
Calls received outside of working hours will be rejected and callers will automatically hear the default inbound voice message that is set. The system will also reject inbound calls and play the default inbound voice message if the Lofty user is already on a phone call using the Lofty virtual number. More information about setting up voice messages can be found HERE.
*IMPORTANT: The ability to set working hours is only available on the "Accelerator" and "Unlimited" call packages.
Manually Control Available/Unavailable
To manually control whether you are "Available" or "Unavailable," you can do the following. If this is marked as "Unavailable," all phone calls will be sent directly to the pre-recorded voicemail.
1. Open the Dialer Panel by clicking on the "phone" icon in the bottom-right:
2. Click on the "more" menu to the left of the Call List and then toggle "Available" on/off.
Customize Working Hours
To customize working hours, do the following:
1. Open the Dialer Panel by clicking on the "phone" icon in the bottom-right:
2. Click on the "more" menu to the left of the Call List, then select the Business Hours option, and then set up your available working hours. The time zone should match your preferences. "Anytime" is the default option and will not limit availability for incoming phone calls. The option for "Customize working days/hours" will allow you to choose your schedule for each day to be available.
3. Click the blue "save" button
Manually Control Available/Unavailable on Mobile App
To manually control available/unavailable on the mobile app, do the following:
1. Open the Dialer Panel by clicking on the "people" icon in the bottom menu and then click call list:

3. Toggle on/off "Allow Incoming Calls":
Edit Working Hours from Mobile App
If you want to set up the working hours on your mobile app, follow these steps:
1. Open the Dialer Panel by clicking on the "people" icon in the bottom menu:

3. Tap on the "Working Hours" option:
