Introduction
Call Lists are how the Dialer organizes who to call and in what order. Lofty builds Smart Call Lists from your due tasks automatically, and you can keep your own Standard Call Lists for focused calling sessions.
Opening the Dialer
- In the left menu, click Dialer.
- The Dialer opens as a full-page workspace on the Call List tab.
Smart Call Lists
Smart Call Lists are generated by Lofty from your schedule — for example, Today's Scheduled Tasks and Overdue Scheduled Tasks. They keep your time-sensitive calls in one place without any setup.
Standard Call Lists
Standard Call Lists are the lists you build and save. Each row shows the list name and a progress count (for example, “8/37” calls completed), with a blue phone icon to start calling the list and an archive icon to file it away when you're done.
Tip: Clear your Smart Call Lists first each day — those are the calls Lofty flagged as due or overdue.
