Email Notification for Non-Lead Transaction Roles
We've drafted an email notification to send automatically when non-lead role has been added to a transaction in the Lofty CRM. This keeps all roles informed the moment they are assigned to a deal.

- Stay on top of every deal you are involved in without manual follow-up
- Email notifications include transaction details so you can quickly review the assignment

Transaction Checklist Task Optimization
Assigning checklists to transactions is now faster and more reliable. All transaction checklist tasks now load immediately when the checklist is applied to the transaction, rather than one stage at a time. This helps you handle larger task lists without slowdowns, ensuring your transaction checklists are applied completely and on time.

- Improved performance when applying checklists with a large number of tasks
- Prevents incomplete checklist assignments caused by system timeouts
- Ensures all checklist items are successfully added to transactions

Bulk Task Actions
You can now complete or delete multiple tasks at once using new bulk action tools. Save time by completing or deleting groups of tasks in a single action instead of editing them one by one.

Task and Appointment Updates
Appointment and task reminders have been upgraded with more notification options to help you stay on schedule. You can now choose from additional reminder timing intervals to get alerts at the right moment before your commitments. Reminders can also now be sent by Push notification. Appointments and tasks have also been updated to include a dedicated title field, making them easier to identify and manage at a glance. Add a clear, custom title to each item so your schedule stays organized and scannable.

Smart Plan Enrollments
The new Enrollments tab appears in the Smart Plan editor alongside Builder and Performance, making it easier to monitor and manage every lead enrolled in a plan. Search and filter enrollments, review key metrics such as active and paused enrollments, open an individual enrollment log to see step-by-step activity, and pause or resume outreach for a specific lead without affecting others in the same plan. You can also export the full enrollment list to manage all leads enrolled in the Smart Plan.

- Simplifies managing large lead databases with many Smart Plan running
- Provides a centralized view of all leads in a Smart Plan, including enrollment status, step progress, communication activity, and execution history.
