People Page

The people page in the Lofty mobile app is very similar to the people page in the web CRM.

Select the People icon and click Leads to view your leads. The leads in the mobile app are the same leads as in the web CRM.

Adding a Lead

Click the + icon to add a lead via the Lofty mobile app. 

Click Add a Lead to add a new lead via the Lofty mobile app. This lead will also be available in your web CRM.

Here, you have the option to enter all of the lead details that are also available in the web CRM.

Managing a Lead

Click on a lead to view the lead's detail page.

Click on any of the section to edit or update the leads details. Click the Phone, Mail, or Text icons at the bottom to contact the lead directly. Click the + icon to quickly add a note, task, appointment, and other features to the lead.
