Note: Lofty is rolling out in stages. Depending on the version your account is on, some features or screens described in this article may look different or may not yet be available to you.
Introduction
The Campaigns page is the hub for Lofty's paid-advertising products. Each product — buyer and seller lead generation, re-marketing, listing and zip-code ads, sphere ads, Google Local Service Ads, and Lofty Bloom — gets its own tab with a spend dashboard, a conversion funnel, and a campaign table. Ad creatives and strategy are prepared by the Lofty Marketing Team after you purchase a product, so this page is mostly about monitoring results and starting new campaigns.
Opening Campaigns
- In the left menu, go to Marketing → Campaigns.
The page opens on the Buyer Lead Gen tab. The tab bar also holds Seller Lead Gen, Re-marketing Ads, Listing Blast, Zip Code Blast, Earn $20, Sphere Ads, Local Service Ads, and Lofty Bloom, with Ask Lofty AI in the top-right corner.
Reading the Lead Gen Dashboards
The Buyer Lead Gen and Seller Lead Gen tabs share one layout:
- A date-range filter, defaulting to Last 30 Days, with This Week (Sun-Sat), Last Week (Sun-Sat), This Month, Last Month, This Year, and All time options, plus a Last Updated stamp.
- KPI cards: Lead Gen Spend (with your Monthly Budget: and an Upgrade link), Leads (split into New Leads: and Partial Leads:), Re-engaged Leads (with Re-registered Counts:), and CPL. The buyer tab adds High Interest Leads with Avg Home Value:.
- A Conversion Funnel — Impressions → Clicks → Leads (with a Not Contacted count) → Active Leads → Deals Closed, ending in a Claim Your Deals link.
- A Campaign Details table with Lead Gen and Remarketing sub-tabs; before any campaign runs it shows “No data available”.
The Re-marketing Ads tab follows the same pattern with its own metrics: Remarketing Spend, Back to Site Views:, a CPR card, and a funnel that runs Impressions → Clicks → Back To Site View → Deals Closed.
Note: While a purchased product is being set up, a banner reads “Your campaigns will be ready within 24h. The Lofty Marketing Team is preparing the best advertising creatives and overall strategy for you.”
Working with Listing Blast
The Listing Blast tab manages ads that promote individual listings:
- The header shows Remaining Balance: in credits; View Details > opens the REMAINING BUDGET DETAILS dialog — a Date / Amount / Campaign ledger closed with Ok.
- KPI cards cover Total Cost, Impressions, Clicks, Engaged Leads, and CPL.
- Campaign Details groups campaigns into Active, Pending, and Completed tabs (each with a count). A campaign card shows its status badge, the listing address, Ad Budget:, the run length (for example, “2 Weeks”), and an Edit button.
- Ad Ready Now cards suggest listings to promote (“Unlock this listing's potential! Boost visibility now!”) with a Start button.
Warning: Start on an Ad Ready Now card begins launching that ad. Confirm the listing and budget before you use it.
Creating a Listing Blast
- On the Listing Blast tab, click + Promote a Listing.
- The Create a New Listing Blast page opens on stage 1 of 2 — Select Your Plan, followed by Run your Promotion Program.
- Under Confirm your listing, pick the listing to promote: filter with All Listing, New Listing, Open House, Price Drop, or Coming Soon, or click Select Listing Manually >. Each listing card shows a recommended weekly budget (for example, “We recommend allocating $79 for a week duration…”) with Your Budget and Per Week controls.
- To leave without buying, click Back in the top-left corner.
Warning: Continuing past plan selection leads to payment. This article stops at the first step; the ad is not purchased or launched.
Claiming a Zip Code
The Zip Code Blast tab carries the same dashboard layout as the lead-gen tabs, with a Dominate Your Zip Code button in the header. That button opens the Zip Code Blast checkout page — Ad Settings with a region selector (US Region), a Check Availability: Enter Zip Code field, a map (“Enter ZIP Code Above or Select ZIP on Map”), and Your Zip Code Blast™ Plan with Total Est. Views and Est. Local Leads — followed by Payment Information, Today's Charge:, a terms checkbox, and Pay Now.
Caution: The Zip Code Blast checkout shows your stored payment method, and Pay Now charges it. Use Back to leave without purchasing.
Reviewing Sphere Ads
The Sphere Ads tab lists brand campaigns aimed at your sphere:
- Sphere Ads Introduction and New Sphere Ads sit in the header.
- Campaign Details splits into Active, Pending, and Completed; the table columns are Campaign ID, Spend, Impressions, Brand Visibility, Ads Engagement, and Calls. Each row shows its date range and budget (for example, “$6.44” spent of a “$138 budget”).
Note: Pending campaigns that still need input are flagged “Click to complete ad configuration”.
Managing Local Service Ads
The Local Service Ads tab tracks Google LSA performance:
- KPI cards show Budget Spent, Lead Charged (split into Phone and Message), CPL, and Monthly Budget.
- The Google LSA All Leads card links out with See All LSA Leads and recommends managing leads with the Google LSA app.
- View Ads Setting opens the Set Up Your LSA page, a 4-step setup: STEP 1 Confirm The Location(s) You Want To Cover, STEP 2 Connect Your Google My Business (a connected business shows a Disconnect option), STEP 3 lock a company phone number for LSA call tracking, and STEP 4 Submit Your Information — business profile, license, insurance documents, and a background check through Evident, Google's verification partner.
Note: The setup page warns that the STEP 3 phone number cannot be changed once selected and is used for LSA leads only.
Exploring Lofty Bloom
Clicking the Lofty Bloom tab opens the Lofty Bloom workspace on its own page:
- The header shows the active area as Zip Code - <code> with a selector, plus a + Lofty Bloom button.
- Market Overview and Campaign Performance tabs split the view. Your Market Overview counts Total Properties, Touched Homeowners, and Engaged Homeowners, next to a Performance Review card.
- A territory map fills the right side, with Just Listed and Just Sold toggles and a Layers control.
Earning Ad Credits
The Earn $20 tab opens the LoftyBlast Partner Program page (“Lower Your Marketing Costs with Free Ad Credits”). It offers a $20 welcome credit for signing up, referral credits, and content rewards ($20 for image posts, $50 for video posts), starting from a Start Earning Credits button.
