Introduction

On the Marketing page, you can manage all your lead capture channels available in Lofty, including Lofty Lead Generation, Landing Pages, and listing promotion tools such as the Open House and Text Code features. 

When you enter this section, there will be a dashboard showing how many new leads are generated in each channel. You can click on the Learn More buttons to view the detailed data that feeds into these numbers.

Lofty Blast

Listing Blast

The Lofty Blast section contains Listing Blast, formerly known as Listing Promotion Ads. Listing Blasts allow you to promote your listings via Facebook ads. Learn more here: Listing Blast

Zip Code Blast

Zip Code Blast is a self-purchase lead generation option that can run for one or two weeks on Facebook to capture buyer and seller leads in a specific zip code. The AI Assistant is included for any leads generated as a result of this package.

   1. Blast is one of our lowest-cost lead generation options. This gives you, our users, an affordable way to find new business opportunities. 
2. Availability
   1. Previously, you needed a specific listing to create a Facebook ad. With Blast, you can generate an ad using a zip code you would like to target. This opens the availability to anyone, regardless of whether or not you have a listing. It also allows you to target specific areas you may specialize in, or want to specialize in.

You can pick between a one or two-week Blast campaign.

• Two weeks: $158

After the purchase charges successfully, a window will appear where you can customize the settings that apply to the leads captured by the ads.

IMPORTANT!

If you do not fill out these settings, we will use the default values. If this window is closed without completing, you cannot go back and edit them.

Brand Awareness

The Brand Awareness section contains Sphere Ads, Local Service Ads, and Geographic Farmings. These advertising tools aim to promote you and your business in the areas you work in most often.

Text Codes
