On the Marketing tab, you can manage all your lead capture channels available in Lofty, including Lofty Lead Generation. You can find the Landing Pages and Open House under the Content Tab, while the listing promotion tool is known as Text Codes, is under the Automation Tab.

Sales Agent

Text Codes

A text code allows you to set up a 6 digit code that when a lead texts, they will be sent a link to a listing. This text code can be included on flyers, social media posts, and other marketing materials. Learn more here: Text Codes for Lead Capture

Lead Generation

When you purchase lead gen services with Lofty, you can view performance and funnel conversion data for your lead gen ads via the Lead Generation section.

Listing Blast

The Lofty Blast section contains Listing Blast, formerly known as Listing Promotion Ads. Listing Blasts allow you to promote your listings via Facebook ads. Learn more here: Listing Blast

Zip Code Blast

Zip Code Blast is a self-purchase lead generation option that leverages Facebook Ads to capture buyer and seller leads in a specific zip code. The AI Assistant is included for any leads generated as a result of this package.

   1. Previously, you needed a specific listing to create a Facebook ad. With Blast, you can generate an ad using a zip code you would like to target. After the purchase charges sare uccessfully, processed a window will appear where you can customize the settings that apply to the leads captured by the ads.

After your first purchase of Zip Code Blast, you will be able to create recurring Ad campaigns.

If you do not fill out these settings, we will use the default values. If this window is closed without being completed, you cannot go back and edit it.

The Brand Awareness section contains Sphere Ads, Local Service Ads, and Geographic Farming. These advertising tools aim to promote you and your business in the areas you work in most often.
