Navigating Designs (Lofty AOS)

Introduction

Designs is the Content Studio library for the marketing content you create in Lofty — postcards, emails, and newsletters. From here you can browse and search your finished designs, organize them into project folders, and start a new design that Lofty AI generates from a listing, a goal, and a short prompt.

Opening Designs

1. In the left menu, go to Content Studio → Designs.

The page opens on the My Designs tab with the page title Designs in the header, next to the Create and Ask Lofty AI buttons.

Browsing My Designs

The My Designs tab lists every design you have created:

• Filter chips narrow the list by type: All, Postcard, Email, or Newsletter.
• The Search box finds a design by name.
• Add New starts a new folder or design (see below).

Organizing Designs into Projects

Click the Projects tab to work with folders instead of individual designs. Lofty ships 4 folders by default — Default, Lofty Postcards, Images Uploaded via Email, and Images Uploaded via Text — and each card shows its file count.

• Sort folders with the dropdown above the list; the options are Last Modified and Oldest First.
• Click a folder to open it. Inside, the folder name becomes the page title with a Back button to return, and the same Search, sort, and Add New controls apply to that folder’s contents.

Creating a Folder

1. On the Designs page, click Add New.
2. In the menu, click New Folder.

1. The CREATE NEW FOLDER dialog opens. In Folder Name, type a name (the field placeholder is “Type something…”).
2. Under Permission, choose Private or Shared with.
3. Click Save.

Creating a Design with Lofty AI

Every create entry on this page — Create in the header, Add New → New Design, and the empty state’s Create Design — opens the same full-page create flow, titled “Create marketing content with Lofty AI.”

1. In the “What would you like to create today?” box, describe the content you want.
2. Under Material, click Listing to open the listing picker and choose the listing to feature; the picker includes a “Search listings...” box.
3. Under Goal, pick what the design should accomplish: Promote a Listing, Market Update, Holiday / Seasonal, Stay in Touch, or Agent Branding.
4. Click Generate.
