Introduction
The Offers page gathers every purchase offer in one place, from both sides of the deal: switch between Listing Side Offer — offers received on the properties you represent — and Buyer Side Offer — offers your buyers have submitted. Status tabs, search, and per-property rollups make it easy to see where each negotiation stands.
Opening Offers
- In the left menu, go to Sales → Offers.
The page opens on the Listing Side Offer view with status tabs and a property table.
Switching Between Listing Side and Buyer Side
- Click the page heading (Listing Side Offer) — a dropdown arrow follows it.
- Choose Listing Side Offer or Buyer Side Offer.
Each view has its own status tabs with live counts:

Reading the Listing Side Table
Each row is a property with its offers rolled up:
- Address — the listing receiving offers.
- Offer Count — how many offers the property has.
- Highest Offer Amount and Lowest Offer Amount — hover the help icon for the rule: “Calculated from active offers only (Pending / Accepted). Excludes Rejected and Withdrawn.”
- Agent — the agent on the listing.
Use the search box (Search by Property Address, name, email) to find a property or buyer, and the pager at the bottom to move between pages or change the page size (20 by default).
Reviewing the Offers on a Property
- Click the arrow at the right end of a property row.
The row expands into the individual offers, each with a checkbox and the columns Buyer, Latest Submission Date, Latest Offer Amount, Status (for example, Pending with a colored dot), and Details with a View link. A More Actions menu sits at the end of each offer row.
Tip: Select 2 or more offers with the checkboxes to activate Compare Offer in the toolbar — it stays dimmed until offers are selected.
Working in the Buyer Side View
The Buyer Side Offer view lists your buyers instead of properties:
- Columns: Buyer (name, phone, and email), Total Offer Submitted, Latest Submission Date, Properties Offered On, and Assigned Agent, with the same expand arrow per row.
- The toolbar adds an Agent filter next to Compare Offer.
- The search box scopes to Search by Property Address, Buyer Name.
Note: This page tracks offers — it has no add-offer button. Offers can be logged from a lead’s profile (Navigating the Lead Profile, Searches tab) or arrive from your website’s buyer activity.
