Introduction
The Offers page keeps every offer you're involved in — whether you're representing the seller or the buyer — in one place, grouped by property so you can see the full picture on a deal at a glance.
Switching Between Listing-Side and Buyer-Side
The page title doubles as a selector. Click it to switch perspectives:
- Listing Side Offer — offers that have come in on *your* listings, where you represent the seller.
- Buyer Side Offer — offers *you've* submitted on behalf of your buyers.
Filtering by Status
Tabs across the top group offers by where they stand, each with a live count:
- All offers
- Pending
- Accepted
- Rejected
- Withdrawn
Reading the Offers List
Offers are grouped by property. Each row shows:
- Address — the property the offers are on.
- Offer Count — how many offers that property has received.
- Highest Offer Amount and Lowest Offer Amount — the range across those offers.
Click the chevron on a row to expand it and see the individual offers behind those numbers. Use the search box to find offers by property address or name.
Comparing Offers
When a property has several offers, use Compare Offer to line them up side by side so you can weigh price and terms together and advise your client. Select the offers you want to compare to enable the tool.
Note: Offer amounts display in your account's configured currency.
