Introduction
The People list has its own search box for finding leads without leaving the list. It's the fastest way to jump to a known contact or narrow the list before applying filters.
Searching Within People
- In the left menu, go to CRM → People.
- Type a name, phone number, or email into the search box in the toolbar (placeholder “Name, Phone, Email…”).
- The list filters to matching leads as you type.
Narrowing Further
- Use the Pipeline selector to the left of the search box to scope the list to a pipeline.
- Click All Filters to combine the search with detailed criteria (lead type, source, tags, dates, and more).
- Switch view tabs (for example, All Leads, Company Leads, My Leads) above the toolbar to change which leads you're searching within.
