Introduction
Lofty checks the phone numbers on your leads and flags whether they're reachable, so you don't waste calls on dead numbers. The result appears right next to the phone number on the lead's profile.
Reading the Validity Indicator
- In the left menu, go to CRM → People and open the lead.
- In the Details section of the left panel, look at the Phone line.
- A shield icon and a label next to the number show its status — for example, (Valid Number).
Note: The validity status helps you prioritize outreach — start with valid numbers, and switch to email or another channel when a number is flagged as unreachable.
