Lofty CRM now logs Preference Profile activity in a lead's activity timeline. When a lead's property search preferences are created or updated, either by the lead through the website or by an agent in the CRM, a timeline event is recorded so you have a complete history of how their search criteria have changed over time.

What Are Preference Profiles?
A Preference Profile captures a lead's property search criteria, including:
- Property type (single family, condo, townhouse, etc.)
- Price range (min/max)
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Location (cities, ZIP codes, neighborhoods)
- Other filters (garage, pool, lot size, etc.)
Leads can update their preferences directly on the Lofty-powered website, or an agent can update them manually in the CRM.
Preference Profile Timeline Events
The following events are now recorded in the lead's activity timeline:

How to View Preference Profile History
- Open the lead's profile
- Look at the Activity Overview Timeline
- Update to the search Preferences will be available on the overview
- Click any preference event to expand it and see the full details of what changed
Why This Matters
Tracking preference changes gives you powerful insight into where a lead is in their search:
- Price range expanded → lead may be getting more serious and exploring more options
- Location narrowed → lead is zeroing in on a specific area — great time to send targeted listings
- Preferences not updated in 60+ days → lead may have gone cold or found a property
