Introduction
Lofty 4.0 is your real estate platform rebuilt around one idea: an AI workspace that works with you. You land on Cowork — described in the product as “your business partner that sees what needs you and gets it done with you” — and everything else, from your CRM to marketing and reporting, is one click away in the left sidebar. Here is where to start.
Landing on Cowork
Log in, and Lofty opens Cowork, your home page. It greets you with today’s date and a briefing that updates live from your CRM, and the Ask Lofty AI anything or type / or @ box is ready for your first request — in plain language.

Finding Your Way
The left sidebar is the whole map: workspace tools at the top (Cowork, AI Copilots, Search, Inbox, Dialer, Marketplace, Integration), your working modules in the middle (CRM, Sales, Content Studio, Marketing, Automation, Website, Reporting), and Success Center, Help, Settings, and your avatar at the bottom. Click a module to expand its pages.
Navigating the Lofty 4.0 Workspace maps every entry, and Getting to Know Your Account tours your profile and account settings.
Getting Help When You Need It
Help is built into the sidebar:
- Click Help to slide out the Get Help panel — it links to Lofty Academy, Videos and Tutorials, the Help Center, Lofty Updates, Suggest a Feature, the User Community, My Tickets, Get Training, and mobile app downloads for iOS and Android.
- Click Success Center to open Lofty’s help site in a new tab.
Tip: The Get Help panel also lists the Support team’s phone line — 1 (855) 981-7557, available 8:00 am–8:00 pm, 7 days a week (Eastern Time) — and a Chat with Support button.
