Introduction

Sales Agent is your AI teammate that follows up with leads automatically. Lofty offers four packages, with one option that allows you to try it out for free.

Packages

The following apply to every Sales Agent package.

• Each package includes a lead quota — the total number of leads Sales Agent can take on. 

  • It works like storage space, not a monthly allowance: it doesn't reset each month, and every lead you enroll uses part of your capacity. 

  • When your capacity is full, Sales Agent keeps working every lead it's already following up with — it just stops enrolling new leads until you add more capacity or upgrade. 

  • You're never charged for going over, unless you manually purchase additional quota.

• You're always on one plan at a time.

  • This means that you cannot have a Pro package and also be a part of the account's Team package.

• Your subscription renews monthly and you can change your plan anytime.

• Freemium and Pro have the same features — the only difference is lead quota and price.

• Max includes Custom Skills (teach Sales Agent your own playbook), a Knowledge Base, and early access to new features.

• Team includes everything in Max, plus built-in team sharing — one Sales Agent, configured once, working for your whole team.

Adding more capacity (Max & Team):

• On Max and Team, you can add more lead quota anytime — at $0.30 per lead (for example, +100 leads for an extra $30/mo, +200 leads for $60/mo). 

Upgrading Your Sales Agent Package

To get started, navigate to your Sales Agent settings and select Upgrade. 

The following screen will vary, depending on your current package. 

Upgrade paths

• Freemium → Pro, Max, or Team

• Pro → Max or Team

• Max and Team are top-tier plans — instead of upgrading, you can add additional lead quota.

The Team Package is only available to Company, Office, or Team owners. If you are not an owner, you will not have the opportunity to purchase the Team package. 

Adding Quota

If you are on the Max or Team package, you have the ability to add additional lead quota to your package. Additional quota can be added in increments of 100 leads.

The quota management process is the same on the Max and Team packages. This adds capacity to your plan — it is not overage billing. Your quota is total capacity (like storage space): it doesn't reset each month, and the amount you add is a fixed amount you choose.

Canceling or Downgrading

Your Sales Agent package can be cancelled via the Upgrade portal. If you would like the downgrade, you must cancel the current Sales Agent package and purchase your preferred package.
