Upload a Document to a Transaction

Navigate to a transaction or a lead profile and select Documents. 

Click the Add New drop down menu to add a new folder to organize your documents or a new document.

Click Upload or simply drag and drop a document to the screen to upload.

After clicking Upload, you'll see that there are many options to upload your documents to Lofty.

File

Select file to upload a document that has been downloaded to your device.

Email Attachment

This option allows you to forward emails attachments to Lofty and upload them has documents, using the unique email address provided here.

Scan Docs

This option allows you to scan paper documents or upload photos to create a pdf document to upload to Lofty. This option does require that you download the Lofty Real Estate App. Select Scan Docs, open your Lofty mobile app, select the More menu, and select Scan Docs.

Then, scan the QR code here:

You can scan up to 40 pages or select up to 40 photos from the camera roll for a single document. Once the scan is complete, it will save as a pdf to your Lofty account.

Dropbox

If you have a Dropbox account, integrate that here to upload document to Lofty directly from Dropbox.

Google Drive

Integrate your Google account to upload files to Lofty directly from your Google Drive.

DocuSign

Upload a Document to a Lead Profile

Documents can also be uploaded to a lead's profile, regardless of whether they have an associated transaction or not. Navigate to the lead's profile, select Transactions & Docs, and click the + icon  next to Documents.
