Introduction

Listing videos are generated using your Social Agent package post balance. Creating a video uses 20 posts on Pro and Max, or 10 posts for the Free short version. Learn more about Social Agent packages here: Getting Started with the Social Agent (Lofty AOS)

Instructions

Navigate to the Listings Discovery page and select the listing. Open the listing and click Create AI Video. Note, the listing must have at least 10 images to create the video.

In the scene editor, swap photos, edit each scene's caption, reorder scenes, and pick a format (16:9, 1:1 or 9:16). Click Create video. 

Next, the video will be created and you may select where to post, like any other social media post. Please note that if this is not your listing, you must obtain permission before posting:

Listing Video Quotas

On Pro and Max, each listing video will use the equivalent of 20 social media posts. This version produces a full-length video (22–34 seconds) with an AI caption. It appears in Today as a pending post; approving it uses 1 post per profile it publishes to.

On Free, each listing video will use the equivalent of 10 social media posts, so you can make one video a month. It's a short version (about 15 seconds) and uses your full monthly balance. When it's ready, you can Download it, Customize & Schedule it, or Get the full version by upgrading to Pro. If you write the caption yourself, publishing it is free. If the AI writes the caption, it uses 1 post per profile.

Good to know

• Create again or Change scenes makes a new video and uses posts again. Changing only the format is free.
• If a video fails to generate, your posts are returned. Post history shows "Video failed · posts returned."
• Downloading a video never uses posts.
• Posts used to create a video aren't returned if you delete the post or the listing sells first.
• If a video post fails to publish, approving it again doesn't charge for the video again. Only the profiles it publishes to are counted.
