Introduction
The Social Agent is Lofty's AI copilot for social media. It helps you plan, create, and schedule posts — including posts built from your listings — so your social presence stays active without much manual effort.
Opening the Social Agent
- In the left menu, click AI Copilots.
- On the Social Agent tile, click Launch (it opens in a new tab). It also lives under Marketing → Social.
The workspace opens on the Planner tab, with Posts and Listing Feed tabs beside it, and Create a Post and Ask Lofty AI in the top-right corner.
Understanding the Tabs
- Planner — your calendar of upcoming and past posts.
- Posts — the posts you've created.
- Listing Feed — posts generated from your listings.
Creating a Post
Click Create a Post (in the header or on the Planner) to start a new social post with the Social Agent's help.
Warning: Publishing a post sends it to your connected social accounts. Review the content and target accounts before you post.
