Creating a Social Post (Lofty AOS)

Introduction

The Social Agent publishes to your connected social accounts. You can write a post yourself, let Lofty AI draft one for you, attach media, and either publish immediately or schedule it for later — all from one composer.

Opening the Composer

1. In the left menu, go to Marketing → Social.
2. Click Create a Post.

Choosing Where to Post

At the top of Edit Post is a row of social-platform icons. Select the connected accounts you want this post to go to. An icon showing a + isn't connected yet — connect that account first before you can post to it.

Writing the Post

• Type your message in the text box (*"Share your thoughts, or let AI shape the perfect post!"*).
• Use the tools below the box to add an emoji, a photo, a property/listing reference, or a saved template.
• Or let AI write it: in the Social Agent panel on the right, describe the content you'd like (*"Describe the content you'd like to post…"*) and Lofty drafts the post for you.

Adding Media

Use Add Images/Video to attach photos or a video. The Preview panel below shows how the finished post will look.

Scheduling or Publishing

• Publication Date/Time defaults to Immediately. To schedule instead, click Edit and choose a date and time.
• When the post is ready, click Post Now to publish it (or queue it for the scheduled time).
