Once your video is ready, you can review it, customize your post, and publish it directly from Social Studio.

AI Listing Videos are available with a Social Agent subscription.

Social Agent subscribers receive:

• 3 AI listing videos per month
• Monthly credits reset each billing cycle
• Additional video credits can be purchased as needed

How to Generate an AI Listing Video

You can generate a video from:

Option 1: Listing Details Page

1. Open a listing in Lofty.
2. Click Generate AI Video.
3. If the listing qualifies, generation begins automatically.
4. Once complete, you'll receive a notification and can access the video in Social Studio.

Option 2: After Publishing a Listing Post

After successfully publishing a listing post in Social Studio, you may see a recommendation to generate a video for that listing.

1. Select Generate AI Video.
2. The video begins processing automatically.
3. You'll be notified when it's ready.

What Happens After Generation Starts?

AI Listing Video generation runs in the background, so you can continue working in Lofty while your video is being created.

When your video is ready, you'll find it in:

• Your Social Studio Planner
• The Video Library
• In-app notifications

From there, you can:

• Create a social post with the video attached
• Customize your caption and content
• Save, approve, or publish your post
• Download the video for other marketing uses

Credit Usage

Each AI Listing Video uses one video credit.

If you have available credits, generation begins immediately when you select Generate AI Video.

When you run out of credits, you'll have the option to purchase additional video credits.

Listing Requirements

To ensure the highest-quality videos, listings must meet certain requirements before a video can be generated.

If a listing does not qualify, Lofty will let you know and provide guidance on what needs attention.
